Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Neuro Registered Nurse to support complex neurovascular procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures, perform assessments, and assist with moderate sedation and monitoring.

Collaborating with physicians and technologists, you will ensure patient safety, apply infection control standards, and contribute to quality improvement through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with Interventional Radiology/Neuro experience preferred.
• Proficiency in moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and patient care coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and procedural teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology neurovascular cases, including stroke and neuro-endovascular interventions.
• Perform patient assessment and prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide moderate sedation support and manage hemodynamic monitoring.
• Serve as circulating nurse and scrub as appropriate to assist with procedures.
• Administer medications per protocol and support post-procedure recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and technologists to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Follow strict safety and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
