Job summary

VA Loma Linda Healthcare System is seeking a physician radiologist to provide diagnostic interpretation and interventional radiology services within the Imaging Service. The role supports patient care with timely reports and collaboration across teams.

The position requires board eligibility/certification, an unrestricted US license, and commitment to education and quality improvement in a VA setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an approved medical school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Completed residency in an accredited core specialty.
• Board eligibility or board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiology interpretation and imaging service oversight.
• Perform interventional radiology procedures as qualified and required.
• Coordinate patient care, communicate results promptly, and collaborate with clinical colleagues.
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities.
• Engage in teaching and academic affiliations with radiology staff, technologists, and learners.
