Job summary

Tower Health Reading Hospital Interventional Radiology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our IR team. This role blends clinical consultation, inpatient management, outpatient follow-up, and image-guided procedural care.

Working under IR physicians, the APP will contribute to patient care, educate families, and collaborate with referring providers across specialties in a busy multidisciplinary service.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania (PA).
NCCPA certification required.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
4-year Bachelor's Degree.
PA Driver's License.
Dictation and Transcription skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct inpatient rounds and manage IR patients.
Perform inpatient/outpatient consultations and develop treatment plans with IR physicians.
Provide outpatient follow-up and post-procedural care.
Document encounters accurately in medical records.
Educate patients and families about procedures and care plans.
Coordinate care with referring providers and hospital teams.
