Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Radiology team serving IU Health Bloomington Hospital and IU Health Bedford Hospital. The AP/NP/PA will evaluate patients and perform image-guided procedures, coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient radiology services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Prior Interventional Radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's/ Doctoral degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Active or eligible Indiana licensure.
• Board certified NP/PA.
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Experience with image-guided, minimally invasive procedures.
• Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform image-guided and minimally invasive radiology procedures including tunneled central venous catheter removals, GI fluoroscopic procedures, thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar punctures, joint injections/aspirations, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
• Additional procedural responsibilities may be assigned based on training and departmental needs.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, hospitalists, specialists, nursing and ancillary teams.
• Contribute to exceptional patient experience and outcomes.
