Job summary

University of Rochester Imaging Sciences seeks an experienced registered nurse for Interventional Radiology. In this full-time role, you will provide expert patient care during interventional procedures, support nursing standards, and manage pre/post care, including intra-procedural monitoring with sedation.

On-call rotations and a fast-paced environment are part of the duties. ACLS within 1 year is required; BSN preferred within 5 years.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 1 year.
• BSN preferred within 5 years.
• 3 years of nursing experience (ICU experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert patient care in an IR/inpatient setting.
• Support standards of care and delivery of patient care in interventional radiology.
• Perform pre- and post-procedural care and intraprocedural monitoring with sedation and anesthesia cases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and teamwork to ensure patient outcomes.
