Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum five years of professional RN experience.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology or high-acuity settings preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides day-to-day nursing leadership and operational oversight for Interventional Radiology in collaboration with the Clinical Nursing Director.
• Coordinates nursing activities across procedural, pre-procedure, and post-procedure areas to support safe and efficient patient flow.
• Maintains a visible leadership presence within the department and serves as an accessible resource for staff, physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Participates in direct patient care as needed and maintains clinical expertise appropriate to the Interventional Radiology environment.
• Collaborates with physicians, technologists, advanced practice providers, anesthesia, and other clinical partners to address operational and patient-care needs.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, assignments, and utilization of nursing resources based on patient volume and acuity.
• Identifies barriers to efficient patient flow and develops sustainable solutions.
