Qualifications

• BSN or MSN degree.
• 5 years of recent acute care or Interventional Radiology leadership experience.
• California RN license.
• Nursing Professional Leadership Certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to professional and technical staff.
• Lead clinical objectives and coordinate subordinate staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and physical resources.
• Operate with autonomy and share 24/7 management responsibilities with Unit Director.
• Contribute to development of clinical department goals and objectives.
