The role involves coordinating recruitment and retention, leading staff huddles and rounds, guiding performance evaluations, and sponsoring evidence‑based practice projects to advance care quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience in the specialty.
• Associate degree in nursing or diploma required; BSN in progress preferred.
• NJ RN license and BLS certification required; Magnet certification preferred.

Requirements

Licenses & Certifications

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certificate required
• National Certification acceptable to the Magnet Recognition Program preferred
