Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IR providers, referring offices, hospital imaging staff, scheduling, and vendors.
• Collaborate with IR providers, referring physicians, and hospital staff to facilitate patient care.
• Front desk support; obtain documents from referring providers, patients, and insurance plans.
• Assist with scheduling clinic visits and procedures.
• Enter patient demographics and medical information into EMR and maintain the database.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and insurers.
• Support process improvements and professional development plans.
