Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) seeks a Manager of Neuro-Interventional Technology to plan, direct, and evaluate operations for Neuro-Interventional Radiology and image-guided neurovascular workflows. Lead technologists and staff, ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered services in collaboration with physicians, nursing, anesthesia, neurosurgery, neurology, and ER.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible radiology experience in neuro-interventional imaging.
• Leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Experience with regulatory readiness, radiation safety, and quality improvement.
• Familiarity with advanced neuro-interventional imaging equipment and workflows.
• Ability to oversee staff competency, education, and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate clinical and technical operations for Neuro-Interventional Radiology.
• Lead technologists and support staff; collaborate with physicians, nursing, anesthesia, and other departments.
• Manage staffing, workflow, on-call coverage, quality & regulatory readiness, radiation safety, and budgets.
• Oversee equipment management, supply coordination, vendor relationships, and capital planning.
• Provide direct technical support during procedures when necessary.
