Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Naperville, IL seeks an Interventional Procedures Technician Lead to oversee daily angiographic and vascular imaging operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflow, and mentor team members while ensuring high quality patient care.

The role requires an Illinois IEMA license and ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and at least 2 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois IEMA license and ARRT certification.
• Graduate of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program; postgraduate experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 12 months.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• Proficiency in EKG and hemodynamic monitoring; leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform angiographic and vascular radiologic imaging procedures as a technologist and serve as a clinical and operational resource for the team
• Lead daily department activities, including staff assignments, workflow coordination, and supporting patient care
• Support team development through training, coaching, and policy adherence
• Participate in quality improvement, radiation safety, equipment management, and policy implementation
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations
