Edward Elmhurst Health in Naperville, IL seeks an Interventional Procedures Technologist Lead to supervise daily department operations and provide expert radiologic imaging support. The role emphasizes staff leadership, on-call duties, and collaboration with the IR team to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an IEMA license with ARRT certification, graduates from an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program, and has 2+ years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology

Competenze

• License: Illinois IEMA license and ARRT certification required.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program; post-graduate experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 12 months of start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• EKG and hemodynamic monitoring competency; demonstrated leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day department activities, including staff assignments and workflow coordination.
• Perform angiographic/vascular imaging procedures, while serving as a clinical and operational resource for the team.
• Train, coach and develop team members and act as a resource for policies and patient care procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, radiation safety activities, equipment and supply management, and policy implementation.
• Assist leadership with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
