Job summary

American Endovascular and Amputation Prevention in Glen Rock, PA seeks an EXPERIENCED Interventional Radiology Coder to assign ICD-10 and CPT codes for office-based IR services. The ideal candidate must live on the East Coast, with preference for PA, NY, MD and NJ.

Strong accuracy, ability to manage a high volume of charges, and an AAPC certification are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role with standard day hours.

Qualifications

• Current, valid AAPC Certified Professional Coder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical coding
• Interventional Radiology coding experience preferred but E&M coding experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day tasks to code and enter all charges related to patient services including gathering charges via EMR from physicians.
