Qualifications
- US citizenship and medical licensure in the United States
- ABR board cert/eligibility with 1-year ACGME fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- Teaching of medical students and residents is integral to the role
- Candidate must have current license and be eligible for VA appointment
- Proficiency in English and ability to obtain BLS/ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive interventional radiology services across diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Perform procedures such as diagnostic angiography, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, ablation, drainages, biopsies
- Utilize integrated PACS and voice recognition systems for imaging and reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in hospital conferences and training programs
