Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York is expanding its Interventional Radiology team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457‑bed Level I Trauma Center; North Central Bronx Hospital has 213 beds.

Responsibilities include image-guided procedures, collaborative treatment planning, pre/post-procedure care, and education of patients. Visa sponsorship may be considered.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology is required.
• Completion of an Interventional Radiology Fellowship is required.
• Active New York State Medical License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive, image-guided procedures using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and MRI.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-ups.
• Operate and manage advanced imaging equipment while maintaining safety standards.
• Participate in emergency interventional procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, benefits, and outcomes.
