Responsibilities

Job Summary

Join our amazing IR Team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. Full-time day position, Monday through Friday, no weekends or call, with a $20k sign‑on bonus. Minimum pay rate $39.09 per hour, increases with experience.

Essential Functions

• Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures, including angiography, cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures.
• Prepare the patient for procedures, explain the process, and position the patient appropriately for optimal imaging results.
• Operate specialized imaging equipment to capture images of the patient's internal structures.
• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly, make adjustments as necessary, and maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, and other physicians during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety during procedures by monitoring vital signs, responding to patient discomfort or emergencies, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

Experience: 0-1 year of experience with X-rays, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound preferred.

Licenses and Credentials: NH Medical Imaging Radiologic Technologist License required; ARRT-R required; BLS required.
