Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services to patients in collaboration with licensed physicians.
• Deliver care during acute and chronic illness phases, education, and counseling.
• Promote health and prevention, and refer to other providers when appropriate.
• Work within a standard care or supervisory agreement and follow credentialing requirements.
