Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in Ohio.
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program that qualifies for national certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care across acute and chronic illness stages, with education and counseling.
