Qualifications

• A strong communicator with a keen interest in evidence-based interventional treatments.

• Track record of open partnership and effective collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing tools.
• Committed to professional growth through continuous learning, with at least 10 hours of continuing education per year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders via psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans involving psychotherapy, medications, interventional therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including TMS, Esketamine (Spravato), and Ketamine Infusion Therapy.
• Monitor effects of interventional treatment and adjust parameters as needed.
• Track patient progress and revise treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and symptom management.
• Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document and maintain updated medical records and progress notes.
• Analyze patient outcomes to contribute to research and improve treatments.
• Engage in continuing education with colleagues and review current literature.
