Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a psychiatry clinician to advance interventional treatments (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine) in a leading outpatient practice. The role involves comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders by conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans involving psychotherapy, medications, interventional therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy with a clinical leadership team.
• Monitor treatment effects and adjust treatment parameters as needed.
• Track patient progress and modify plans based on response to therapies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and symptom management.
• Manage crises that arise in patients’ mental health.
• Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document and maintain updated medical records and treatment plans.
• Analyze patient outcomes to contribute to research and improve interventional treatments.
• Engage in continuing education and review current literature to stay updated.
