Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is a leading outpatient psychiatry practice specializing in TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine therapies for treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric illnesses. We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about evidence-based interventional treatments and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge care.

Qualifications

• Experience with interventional treatments (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training (≥10 hours/yr).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders and conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans combining psychotherapy, medications, and interventional therapies.
• Deliver and supervise TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy with clinical leadership support.
• Monitor treatment effects and adjust strategies based on patient response.
• Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and symptom management.
• Manage crises in patient mental health.
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document medical records including diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.
• Analyze outcome data to contribute to research on interventional treatments.
• Engage in continuing education and review new literature regularly.
