Qualifications

• Experience with evidence-based interventional treatments.

• Proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans involving psychotherapy, medications, and interventional therapies.
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine) with leadership support.
• Monitor treatment effects and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track patient progress and update plans based on response.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Manage crises in patients’ mental health.
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document medical records and treatment plans.
• Analyze outcomes to advance interventional psychiatry knowledge.
• Engage in continuing education with colleagues and review current literature.
