Endeavor Health is seeking an Interventional Procedures Assistant for weekday day shifts with rotating on-call responsibilities. The role supports the procedural team before, during, and after IR procedures, handling sterile and nonsterile equipment and assisting in vascular access, central lines, and drain placements.

The position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and patient safety in an acute care setting. Training opportunities are available, and benefits apply to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification: BLS Certification required.
• Experience: Looking for applicants seeking knowledge and skill development in an acute care setting; ideal candidates are nursing/allied health students.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of tasks/skills pre, during, and after the IR procedure to assist the procedural team.
• Prepares sterile and nonsterile equipment, catheters, and technology used pre, intra, and post procedure.
• Scrub assist with physician and Radiology Technologist, setting up equipment and obtaining necessary items.
• Assists physician in obtaining vascular access and drain placement.
• Responsible for supply management and restocking of supplies.
• Job demands include high energy, lifting 40–50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 150–200 lbs.
