The ideal candidate is pursuing Nursing or Allied Health studies, with a High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ideal candidate is a student in Nursing or Allied Health fields (Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Ultrasound/Sonography).
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a patient care team.

Responsibilities

• Assists the procedural team before, during and after IR procedures.
• Prepares sterile and nonsterile equipment, catheters and technology used for procedures.
• Acts as scrub assistant and circulator with physicians and Radiology Technologists.
• Assists with vascular access and drain placements as needed.
• Manages supplies and restocks materials for procedures.
