Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification.
• At least 1 year in clinical, surgical or pain management setting.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and procedural support; team player with patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, room, equipment and supplies for interventions.
• Assist physician during procedures, pass medications, position patients, maintain sterile field.
• Operate and troubleshoot fluoroscopy/ultrasound under supervision.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards; monitor vitals.
• Document procedure details in EHR; coordinate pre-procedural clearances.
• Track lab results, EKGs, and clearance docs; restock supplies.
• Educate patients before and after procedures; support pre/post care.
