Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board Certified or Eligible in relevant specialty.
• Anesthesiologist or PM&R Residency Training.
• Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship (ACGME) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional pain management care in a single specialty group setting.
• Work with a team to manage patient volume in a surgery center and clinic.
