Curative in East Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS seeks an Interventional Pain physician to join a physician-led private practice offering full clinical autonomy and strong referral relationships. The schedule emphasizes a procedure-forward mix with 3 clinic days and 2 ASC days weekly, ramping up as volume grows, with support from APPs.

Compensation includes a base salary of $550,000, productivity bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance, 4 weeks PTO, 8–9 holidays, $2,500 CME, malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Fellows welcome; anesthesia-trained preferred, with openness to PM&R, EM, or Neurology
• Ability to manage a busy interventional schedule with APP support

Responsibilities

• Lead interventional pain management with a procedure-forward practice
• Collaborate with support staff to optimize patient flow and outcomes
• Develop and expand the procedure mix over time to fit interests
