Job summary

KTE Services in Lexington, KY seeks a Pain Management Physician to join a well-established interventional pain medicine group. The role features a guaranteed base salary for the first two years, a busy procedure-focused practice, and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

After year two, the position converts to a 1099 independent contractor with 100% of professional fees, offering significant long-term earning potential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with required board certification/eligibility in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship
• Expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive interventional procedures including epidural injections and nerve blocks
• Manage radiofrequency ablation procedures and spinal cord stimulators
• Provide patient-centered care with excellent communication
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Maintain high standards of malpractice coverage and compliance
