KTE Services is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join an interventional pain practice in Owensboro, Kentucky. This full-time role features a guaranteed base salary of $400,000–$500,000 for the first two years plus production bonuses, with a transition to a 1099 arrangement after year two.

The position emphasizes a heavy interventional focus, malpractice coverage, and a schedule free of nights and weekends to support work–life balance in a welcoming Kentucky community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Anesthesiology or Pain Medicine and fellowshipTraining
• Proven interventional pain procedure experience including neuromodulation
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain before start; DEA certification required
• Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform epidural injections and nerve blocks.
• Manage spinal cord stimulator implants and programming.
• Develop individualized interventional treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based chronic pain management.
