Job summary

Oregon Medical Group in Eugene, OR, part of the Optum family, seeks Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates for our Primary Care team. You will deliver outpatient primary care, preventive care, and chronic disease management in a collaborative setting using EPIC for documentation.

We offer a team-based practice with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8–5, and options for full-time or part-time roles. Leadership pathways and ongoing professional development are available as you contribute to community

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP/PA certification required.
• Unrestricted Oregon license or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association.
• Excellent patient care and time management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in outpatient clinic; preventive evaluations and wellness education.
• Prescribe meds, order labs/tests, and document care in EPIC EMR.
• Manage care for a mixed patient population with pediatric to geriatric ages.
