Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate NP or PA program from an accredited program.
• Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility.
• National certification as NP/PA.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized pain management plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations and policies.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team for patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
