We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician with a background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology to join our growing medical team full-time at our busy offices in Atmore, AL, with potential coverage in the Pensacola area of Pace. We value physicians with a passion for quality care, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team-oriented approach.

Join our knowledgeable, dynamic team that treats a variety of pain conditions across different age ranges. The Atmore and Pace offices are less than an hour apart, and the incoming physician may split coverage between both locations.

About us:

Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PA/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners collaborating to relieve pain, restore function, and empower patients. We offer an integrated system of treatments focused on decreasing pain and restoring function, providing strategic leadership, infrastructure, and resources for evidence-based medicine.

We prioritize conservative measures but also offer interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more to improve patient outcomes.

Duties:

• Patient evaluation including medical history and relevant imaging
• Direct patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform interventional procedures as necessary
• Coordinate with other specialties and refer for imaging when needed
• Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle changes
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• MD or DO with active licenses in AL and FL

Compensation & Benefits:
