We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician, specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology, to join our growing medical team full-time at our busy offices in Pace, FL, near Pensacola, with potential coverage at our office in Atmore, AL. We value physicians with a passion for quality care, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team-oriented approach. Join a knowledgeable, dynamic team treating a variety of pain conditions across different age ranges. The offices in Atmore and Pace are less than an hour apart, and coverage may be split between both locations.

Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners working together to relieve pain, restore function, and empower patients to enjoy their lives. We offer an integrated system of treatments focused on decreasing pain and restoring function, supported by strategic leadership and resources that enable evidence-based practice. We prioritize conservative measures but also provide interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more.

Duties include:

• Patient evaluation including medical history and relevant imaging
• Providing diagnoses and treatment plans for various pain conditions
• Performing interventional procedures as necessary
• Referring patients for imaging and consultations with specialists
• Reassessing patients regularly to monitor progress
• Educating patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinating treatment plans with team members
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• MD or DO with active licenses in FL and AL

Compensation & Benefits:
