Interventional Pain Management Physician - Pensacola, FL

Salary: $415k-$460k to start, with potential up to $575k

We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician with a background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology to join our growing team full-time at our offices in Pace, FL, near Pensacola, with potential coverage in Atmore, AL. The two offices are less than an hour apart, and the physician may split coverage between both locations.

Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners dedicated to relieving pain and restoring function. We provide a comprehensive system of treatments focused on conservative and interventional pain management, including procedures like epidural steroids, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more. Our goal is to empower patients to regain their quality of life through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging
2. Provide direct patient care, including diagnoses and treatment planning
3. Perform interventional procedures as needed
4. Coordinate with imaging and other specialties for referrals
5. Reassess patient progress regularly
6. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
7. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in FL and AL
