Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join two pain physicians and two APPs at Chambersburg and Waynesboro, PA. This full-time role covers two locations with day shifts and a focus on comprehensive pain interventions.

Fellowship-trained or board-certified (or board-eligible for new grads) candidates are preferred. The position offers competitive compensation and relocation support, plus extensive WellSpan benefits and physician wellness initiatives.

• DO or MD required for medical licensure at hire
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility for new graduates preferred
• Fellowship training in pain management is favored

Responsibilities

• Join 2 pain physicians and 2 APPs across 2 locations.
• Perform 2 to 2.5 procedural days per week based on volume.
• Provide a full spectrum of pain interventions: peripheral joints, trigger points, facet and sacroiliac injections, epidurals, spinal cord stim trials, Stellate ganglion blocks.
• Cover Chambersburg clinic/APS and Waynesboro clinic and APS at Waynesboro hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required or
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Upon Hire Required and
• Successful completion of an Anesthesiology residency. Upon Hire Required
