Job summary

WellSpan Health in Gettysburg, PA is seeking an interventional cardiologist to join an established team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers. You will build a rewarding practice with interventional procedures and collaborate with specialists across the health system to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care.

The role offers strong patient-centered care, a supportive lab team, and the resources of a large health system with community ties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible for board certification through a member board of the ABMS/AOA. Upon Hire Required.
• Completion of fellowships in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. Upon Hire Required.
• Must qualify and be a member of the hospital medical staff where procedures are performed. Upon Hire Required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established and collaborative team of cardiologists and APPs.
• Provide interventional cardiology care within the cath lab setting.
• Collaborate with cardiovascular specialists across WellSpan Health for comprehensive patient care.

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Board-certified or eligible for board certification through a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of fellowships in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease through programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Upon Hire Required and
• Must qualify and be a member of the medical staff of the hospital(s) in which procedures are being performed. Upon Hire Required
