• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology required.
• Active Arizona medical license or in process required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional pain management services.
• Manage patient care with a focus on pain relief.
• Work Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 4:40 pm, and Friday 8 am to 12 pm.
