Qualifications

• Board-certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R.
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Active DEA license.
• Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional pain procedures including RFA and injections.
• Manage outpatient pain management in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with NP/PA/MA and procedural team.
