Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse or formal leadership roles.
• BSN required; RN licensure in Maine.
• BLS certification required; advanced lifesaving certification may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily shift activities of the nursing unit.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality care per standards and policies.
• Assists in scheduling daily and monthly staffing under Nurse Manager guidance.
• Mentors staff, supports education, and drives staff development.
• Participates in hiring, training, and performance management.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
