Job summary

Qualifications

• Has completed basic professional curricula in nursing per state board requirements.
• Must hold or be eligible for a nursing license.
• 0–6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and communicates effectively with patients and team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and patient education.
