Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Topeka, KS seeks a day shift, full-time Interventional Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist (CVRT) to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You will monitor hemodynamics, scrub procedures, and ensure equipment quality.

Required RCIS or ARRT registration, Kansas radiologic licensure, and BLS within 14 days of hire. One year of radiology experience preferred. Join a team focused on advanced cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• Current RCIS or ARRT-registered radiologic technologist.
• Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Monitor and record hemodynamics and assist the physician by scrubbing procedures.
• Assure proper functioning and troubleshooting of equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology to assist the physicians.
• Participate in professional development for the advancement of Cardiology Services.
