Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Special Procedures and Cath Lab Technologist to assist Licensed Practitioners in fluoroscopic and interventional procedures. They work in a sterile environment, document medications and radiation exposure, and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and hospital policy.

Responsibilities include patient prep, non-invasive vascular exams, and EMR documentation, with emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• ARRT or CCI certification required/registered.
• BLS certification required (or obtained prior to direct patient care).
• Experience in radiology with surgical/CR exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic vascular lab exams using ultrasound and physiologic testing.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures to minimize anxiety.
• Operate within sterile technique and document findings in EMR.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
