AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. You will assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, 1+ year acute care experience preferred, and competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, and EKG monitoring. Strong communication and accurate charting are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required per Florida state law.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates competency in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimens.
• Educate patients and families; document outcomes and plan teaching.
• Maintain charting and ensure accurate, timely records; support patient flow.
