Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a critical care setting. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and educate patients and families.

Requires RN license, Associate degree, BLS; BSN preferred. Cerner/EPIC experience is desirable. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates and up to $10,000 for others, full-time day shift, with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Florida (or eligible)
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Experience in critical care or unit-based care preferred
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as Cerner or EPIC is desirable
• BLS required; ACLS/other certifications may be preferred

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
