Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a part-time Cardiovascular Technology professional with cardiac experience to join our Cath Lab team in Jacksonville. You will assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.

The role requires competency with Cath Lab and EP Lab equipment, strong organization, teamwork, and flexibility. Current CVT or RTR credentials with ACLS/BLS; RCIS must be obtained within six months of hire.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program with cardiac experience required.
Two years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
Current CVT or RTR credentials are required, along with ACLS and BLS certifications upon hire. RCIS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic and/or interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
Display competence with a variety of equipment and technology used in Cath Lab/EP Lab.
Maintain safety guidelines and foster teamwork through effective communication and flexibility in job duties.
Must live within 30 minutes of campus.
