Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Cath Lab/EP Lab Technologist to assist in performing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures. You will work under physician supervision using devices such as TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, and IABP/Impella, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care.

Two years of cath lab experience and CVT or RTR credentials are preferred; RCIS must be earned within six months. This is a part-time role with varied hours, requiring flexibility and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program with cardiac experience.
• Two years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
• CVT or RTR credentials required; RCIS must be obtained within six months.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required at hire; strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Operate a variety of equipment and technology including TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, PFO closure, atherectomy and thrombectomy devices, IVUS, FFR, iFR, IABP and Impella.
• Ensure safety and adhere to hospital/department policies; support effective communication and teamwork.
