Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking an Invasive Specialist (Technologist) II to perform diagnostic imaging and related procedures for cardiovascular interventions. The role requires one year in a Cardiac Catheterization lab and maintaining key certifications. Work location includes Lakeland area with a day-one benefits package.

The position emphasizes high-quality imaging, patient education, safety, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure successful procedures and optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: CVT—RCIS or RCES, High school diploma or GED.
• RRT or CRT: Associate degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• R.T.(R): Completion of an accredited radiography program.
• Paramedic—NREMT-P: Completion of an accredited paramedic education program.

Responsibilities

• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures and protocols.
• Maintains case turnover time to standards by maintaining workflow and prioritizing patient care.
• Assists in cardiovascular procedures and maintains aseptic technique.

Education
