Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Georgia seeks an experienced Interventional Cardiology Physician to provide inpatient acute care and perform diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, TEE, echocardiograms, nuclear tests, and treadmill stress tests.

You will cover 24-hour call shifts, support hospital procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Board certification or within 5 years post-fellowship if board eligible, with EMR experience, is required.

Job description

Role:

Interventional Cardiology Physician

Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient acute care, perform diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, low-risk Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), Echocardiograms, Nuclear, and Treadmill Stress Tests.

Key Duties:

Cover 24-hour call shifts, support hospital procedures, and ensure quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Board Certified or within 5 years post-fellowship if Board Eligible. Experience with EMR systems such as eCW, Meditech, PK.

Additional Details:

Credentialing within 45 days, working in an inpatient setting, with a focus on diagnostic and interventional cardiology. Must have the ability to handle emergency cases during 24-hour shifts.
