Providence Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle seeks an Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator to support optimal care delivery for interventional cardiology and STEMI patients, guiding care from pre-procedure through discharge and coordinating post-hospitalization follow-up.

This leadership role strengthens the care team, collaborates with the cath lab and inpatient units, and embodies Providence's culture of patient-focused, whole-person care, understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years of cardiovascular nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning, and post-hospitalization follow-up for interventional cardiology and STEMI patients.
• Serve as a leadership resource to support optimal care delivery in cardiology.
• Contribute to other assigned projects as needed.
