Providence Swedish is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator to coordinate care across pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning and post-hospitalization follow-up. You will lead care coordination efforts and support STEMI patients within our interventional cardiology program.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school.
• Washington RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years of cardiovascular RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops coordination of care during pre-procedure, hospitalization and discharge planning.
• Leads post-hospitalization follow-up coordination.
• Serves as a resource across interventional cardiology and STEMI patient care.
